This aged white tea is definitely one of our most popular teas in-store and develops more as you get into brewing, it will last at least 5 infusions (although we have taken it much further in the past).
The scent of this tea evokes a scene of an auntunal forest on the nose, to taste it starts with gentle notes of marzipan and vanilla, developing a creamy texture with a savoury tone of toasted chestnuts with dried apricots becoming apparent in later infusions.
