2013 Aged Mei Zhan
Aged Yancha Oolong, medium roasted.
This is a great example of a traditional Wuyishan Yancha or rock tea and the aging process brings about a smoothness from this tea.

Comforting and cosy, this tea is reminisent of buttery roasted hazlenuts with delicate tones of muscatel, a slight astringency and a traditional mineral rock tea aftertaste.
How to Brew
To get the most from this tea it is best brewed in the Gong Fu Cha style
Use 4-5g per pot at 85°C
1st Brew : 15s
2nd Brew : 10s
3rd Brew : 10s
Then add 5s per following brew
