This tea starts on the nose like a soothing embrace with the heady vanilla and rose rushing to the fore over the malty Assam, with the cocoa lingering as the aroma fades. On the palate the sweetness of rose arises first followed by the malty tones of Assam and the slight bitter notes of cacao, rounded off at the end with lingering vanilla and a slight astringency.
How to Brew
Infuse 2 level teaspoons (2.5g) of tea per cup (250ml) at 95˚C for around 3 minutes. Strain and enjoy :-)
