It is no longer possible to harvest from the original mother Da Hong Pao trees, as they are protected. However, this Beidou is as close to the original plant that can currently be purchased, it originates from cuttings of the mother trees.

  • How to Brew

    To get the most from this tea it is best brewed in the Gong Fu Cha style

    Use 4-5g per pot at 85°C

    1st Brew : 15s

    2nd Brew : 10s

    3rd Brew : 10s

    Then add 5s per following brew
