A slightly bitter first infusion gradually gives way to a progressively more mellow tea. Full of complex flavours this tea has rich malty tones with an underlying sweetness that lingers pleasantly on the palate. A must for brewing several times.
How to Brew
Infuse 1 level teaspoons (2.5g) of tea per cup (250ml) at 95˚C for around 4 minutes. Strain and enjoy.
